How we price

  • Fixed fees for defined scopes. Rapid Reviews and assessments are quoted as a fixed fee before we start.
  • Monthly retainers for ongoing roles. Design authority and fractional leadership are billed monthly for an agreed number of days.
  • No surprise extras. Scope is agreed in writing; any change is priced before it's made.

What we don't do

  • Direct enterprise engagements — for large enterprises we work as a specialist under a main contractor.
  • Legal advice — on the EU AI Act we work alongside your legal counsel or DPO.
  • Open-ended engagements with no decision at the end of them.
