FinOps and cloud cost optimisation — without a full-time FinOps lead.
We help you see where cloud and AI money goes, who owns it and what to change — then put a lightweight operating model in place so it stays under control.
Does this sound familiar?
- Cloud spend is growing faster than revenue or usage.
- An AI line has appeared on the invoice and nobody can explain what drives it.
- Costs aren't allocated to teams, products or customers, so nobody owns them.
- You can't state your cost per customer, transaction or AI request.
- Forecasts are missed and the reasons only surface after month-end.
- Reservations or savings plans were bought without a clear view of usage.
What this means commercially: a cloud and AI bill you can explain line by line, forecast with confidence and connect to revenue — so cost decisions are made before the spend, not after the invoice.

Frequently asked
How quickly do savings show up?
Quick wins such as idle resources and rightsizing usually show up within one or two billing cycles. Structural savings take longer because they depend on allocation and ownership being in place.
Do we need a FinOps tool?
Not to start. Your cloud provider's native cost tools are usually enough for a baseline. We'll tell you if and when a third-party tool would pay for itself.
What access do you need?
Read-only billing access or exported billing data is enough for the assessment. We're happy to sign your NDA first.
Do you cover AI and GenAI costs?
Yes. AI usage is metered and often unpredictable, so we include model, token and capacity costs in the baseline and set guardrails for new AI features.
